ESP President Everett L. Glenn joined Patricia Watts, President & CEO of FCI Management Consultants, Earnest C. Preacely, President & CEO of Energy Services & Technologies and a host of customers, friends and supporters in celebrating the one year anniversary of the establishment of their Long Beach corporate headquarters, the merger of the firms and the creation of a new holding company, FCI Energy Services & Technologies Group, Inc. of which FCI and ES&T will be wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Partners Earnest Preasely, CEO of Energy Services & Technology, and Pat Watts, CEO of FCI Management Consultants, address the crowd gathered to help them celebrate.

FCI is a full service energy/utility consulting company offering a broad level of expertise in distribution and transmission, energy efficiency, project management and public affairs. Ms. Watts, who has over 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry, manages 75 employees who design and implement energy-efficiency initiatives for companies. .

FCI Management Consultant CEO Pat Watts and ESP’s Everett Glenn celebrate the one year anniversary of the acquisition of one year anniversary of the merger of FCI and ES&T.

ES&T is a General Building Contractor B and General Engineering Contractor specializing in the business of energy/water use efficiency, demand response and renewable energy technologies.  ES&T offers customers an array of professional services delivered by a professional staff of engineers, environmentalists, business social scientists, and program managers who provide program design, development and management for non- residential and residential customers, including commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.

The new company will provide the energy and water industries with an even more extensive set of offerings and services for both public and private sector customers. The FCI/ES&T merger follows on the footsteps of a partnership between FCI and PERI Software Solutions, Inc., a global provider of integrated intelligent building, smart grid and sustainability solutions, to provide customers with real-time energy optimization and sustainability solutions that will yield significant economic and environmental impacts.

A recent project of the combined companies was the verification of the goal and target-setting process developed as part of the comprehensive sustainability report released by AEG, the world’s leading presenter of sports and entertainment. AEG recently launched its AEG 1EARTH environmental initiative with the release of the groundbreaking report which contains metrics, collected from 20 facilities from within AEG’s global network of venues, detailing AEG’s commitment to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions, solid waste and water usage at all of its owned and managed facilities worldwide, including STAPLES Center, Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE, The Home Depot Center and Ontario’s Citizens Business Bank Arena, by at least 20 percent by 2020.
