Each year the PNC brings out the best and the brightest from across the country who come together to share ideas, motivate and inspire each other to greatness. The theme of this year's conference was "Connecting the Dots, Winning Now" and included 40 workshops in 5 tracks including Entrepreneurship/Business Development, Career Development, Wealth Building, Servant Leadership and a Student Program





for the nearly 200 college students who received scholarships to attend the Conference. One of the highlights of the Conference was the appearance of John & Maggie Anderson of the Empowerment Experiment the goal of which was to bear out, with science and not rhetoric, the theory that leakage is the source of many of the socioeconomic problems facing Black Americans, a problem which can be solved by uplifting and proactively supporting Black business.

ESP's Everett Glenn joined producer Denise Hendricks (Oprah Winfrey Show/The Mo'Nique Show), former NBA great Mike Glenn, co-host of the 2 LiveStews' syndicated sports talk show originating from WQXI AM 790 in Atlanta, Ryan Stewart, and Marshawn Evans, former beauty queen turned corporate attorney, and CEO of EDGE 3M Sports and Entertainment for the Power Panel to discuss how athletes and entertainers can leverage their fame, fortune and notoriety to produce a greater impact on the community.
